Care here is evidence-based, personalised, and built around you
Menopause can affect your quality of life in ways that are often underestimated , impacting your work, relationships, and how you feel within yourself. Many women are left trying to make sense of these changes on their own, unsure what is normal or aware of the longer-term impact on their health.
I’m a GP with over 18 years of experience, a menopause specialist trained through the College of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare (CoSRH), a lifestyle medicine practitioner, and SCOPE-certified in weight management. I am also a member of the British Menopause Society.
My approach combines medical care with lifestyle medicine, looking at nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress alongside treatment where needed.
Where appropriate, I incorporate evidence-based options, including HRT and testosterone, always tailoring decisions to your individual needs.
I support women through perimenopause and menopause, including those with more complex needs such as menopause after cancer, women with PCOS, and women from diverse cultural backgrounds.
As a long-distance runner, I value sustainable habits and bring that same philosophy into my care.
Consultations are available online and in person, with time to listen and create a plan that works for your life.
Care here is evidence-based, personalised, and built around you.
